This role involves extensive work with the CFO & President, contributing to budgeting and financial planning, building analyses for resource management and strategic planning, and developing executive and board-level reporting. The position requires frequent collaboration with the CEO, Executive Team, and the head of global accounting to ensure financial accountability and transparency across departments. This opportunity offers a broad scope, from daily operations to spearheading initiatives, owning long-term forecasting, and improving the company's overall financial health.

Responsibilities

• Voice of the Finance Team: Act as a partner to department heads on behalf of the CFO, collaborating closely with executives on resource planning and value optimization. Requires strong leadership and fiduciary responsibility.
• Understand the inner workings of the business: Leverage access to company data to gain insights, understand business drivers, and educate the broader organization. Act as a financial health watchtower for the business.
• Technical solutions builder: Build and maintain innovative tooling, potentially using existing financial outputs (e.g., Netsuite outputs for budget vs. spending analysis), to identify, monitor, and solve issues and opportunities. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of market terminology, best practices, and structures, and help upskill the organization.
