The Customer Support Specialist will act as the frontline contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues quickly and effectively via chat, email, and video support. They will guide customers through onboarding, setup, and configuration of AI agents and workflows, run product demos, answer how-to questions, and empower users through documentation and training. This role also involves collecting user feedback, identifying recurring issues, communicating insights to Product and Engineering teams, maintaining support documentation and knowledge bases, and tracking key support metrics for continuous improvement.
