The Customer Onboarding Specialist will own and drive the post-sale onboarding process for new EvenUp customers, ensuring rapid adoption and sustained value. This includes leading strategic onboarding sessions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and working directly with key decision-makers and end-users to maximize trial utilization and enhance customer retention. Responsibilities also include developing and delivering training, leading product demonstrations, ensuring user activity, collaborating with internal teams, acting as the primary point of contact during trials, mentoring junior team members, and engaging with customers to troubleshoot and optimize workflows.
