The HR Specialist will conduct welcome and follow-up calls for nursing staff, documenting outreach accurately. They will manage the gifting platform, coordinate new hire gifts and clinical recognitions, and administer the anniversary uniform program. This role involves serving as the primary contact for employee experience vendors, resolving issues, analyzing performance, and escalating concerns. Responsibilities also include managing recognition programs, leading Top Workplace submissions, analyzing survey data, and providing employee program support across portfolio companies. Additionally, the specialist will assist with HR communications, revamp HR communication templates, and support HR projects and their implementation.
