Requirements include 18 years or older, 6 months in call center sales, 1 year in call center customer service, 1 year in technical support (preferably antivirus), experience with voice and back-office support, passion for customer service and technology, ability to learn new tech, empathy, patience, problem-solving, and strong understanding of operating systems and consumer technology.
