Requirements

  • Stay updated on the latest tech trends to provide top-notch support
  • Ensure every interaction meets quality standards and aims for high customer satisfaction and positive Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Keep up with new technologies and device releases to enhance assistance
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Asurion and its clients, sharing knowledge and supporting team success
