Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Intercom, Google Suite, or Notion is preferred. Strong active listening skills, empathy, excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn technical details are essential.
The Customer Support Representative will provide excellent support via chat and email, resolving inbound requests accurately and thoroughly. This includes troubleshooting product issues, educating users on best practices, and escalating complex problems to engineering or sales teams. Responsibilities also involve communicating customer feedback to internal teams, supporting free plan activation and paid customer onboarding, and contributing to internal knowledge bases and KPI reports.
