The Customer Support Engineer will provide direct support to live customers via email, phone, and meetings. They will utilize cloud-based and open-source tools to solve complex data problems, write efficient and scalable code adhering to best practices, and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, clinical, and customer success teams to improve support processes and requires periodic on-call availability outside of standard working hours.
