This role involves troubleshooting issues in SaaS and private cloud environments, including AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes workloads, and collaborating with L1 support and R&D teams for timely resolution. Responsibilities also include contributing to knowledge sharing by creating and updating support documentation and acting as a customer advocate in internal discussions to enhance product value.
