Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in IT Management and System Administration, with hands-on experience in Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux administration and troubleshooting. Experience with Single Sign On (SSO) environments, setting up and configuring Active Directory, advanced knowledge of Firewalls, AD environments, DNS Servers, and Authentication protocols (LDAP) are required. A strong command of Linux Shell and PowerShell, in-depth knowledge of prem/cloud/hybrid environments, and working knowledge of Python are also necessary. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, experience with identity access management solutions like PAM, and excellent time management and communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Systems Support Engineer will provide exceptional customer service by responding to phone, email, and online requests for technical support. They will represent the customer to ensure serviceability and product quality issues are tracked, prioritized, resolved, and incorporated into product releases. Responsibilities include assisting customers with software installation and deployment, tracking and monitoring support cases for timely resolution, clearly identifying and documenting customer issues and product problems, and escalating critical customer situations to management and engineering. The engineer will also communicate technical issues and solutions to engineering, QA, sales, and support teams, as well as to the customer base.
