Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a call center, healthcare operations, customer support, or similar role
  • Ability to make high-volume outbound calls
  • Comfortable with repetitive workflows and structured processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to follow scripts and structured processes
  • Fast learner who can pick up new systems quickly
  • Experience calling healthcare organizations or working in RCM, patient access, scheduling, or medical office support (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Make 50-100 outbound calls per day to healthcare organizations
  • Verify provider details and schedule follow-up calls when needed
  • Ensure accurate and complete data entry into CRM and internal systems
  • Maintain high attention to detail and data accuracy across all interactions
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with external offices on behalf of SuperDial and clients
  • Identify and escalate any issues or discrepancies
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity goals for call volume and accuracy
