Technical expertise in various technologies, including Modern Retail, Fixed Operations, Dealer Operations, and Forms, is required, along with comprehensive knowledge of CDK products. A willingness to travel up to 60% is also necessary.
The Customer Success Solutions Consultant will leverage deep expertise in software development and the automotive industry to deliver tailored solutions that drive customer success, collaborating with the Product organization to enhance product adoption and value realization. This role is responsible for improving CSM efficiency, reducing client cancellations, increasing client retention, and enhancing customer satisfaction. They will continuously improve existing CDK solutions, identify innovation opportunities, and partner closely with internal teams like Development, CSMs, Product, CSPS, Sales, and CSSs to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions and drive deeper customer engagement. The consultant will also collaborate with development teams to design and architect solutions, maintain up-to-date knowledge of CDK product releases, and serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, championing CDK products and incorporating customer feedback into the roadmap. Strengthening relationships with dealership management, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring full integration and effective utilization of CDK products are key. The role is accountable for client success through adoption, product expansion, value realization, retention, and revenue growth, providing continuous enablement and proactive technical support to clients. They will challenge the status quo by solving new problems, teaching CDK solutions, and finding better ways to delight customers, working with at-risk customers to determine turnaround strategies. Participation as a stakeholder in the design and use of tools for customer data, scheduling, reporting, accountability, and results is expected, along with promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the CS team and across the business. Driving meaningful value for customers, mentoring CSMs, CSSs, and peers by identifying and creating learning opportunities, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert on change management best practices are also responsibilities. Feedback will be provided to Sales and Marketing on prospecting approaches, and smooth hand-offs of new sales opportunities will be ensured.
