Candidates must have 5 years of experience managing SaaS in the automotive industry and proven account management experience in Fixed Ops. They need to demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all organizational levels, including owner, executive, and GM. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs is required, along with proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills are essential. A valid driver's license, dependable transportation, the ability to rent a car, take domestic flights, and incur/document travel expenses are mandatory. The position requires 80% travel and the ability to visit clients in-store daily, Monday through Friday.
The Field Client Consultant will drive engagement and growth within their assigned book of business, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and escalating issues as needed. They will build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers and educating them on product usage while recommending additional solutions. Responsibilities include ensuring successful delivery of software solutions, conducting training, communicating product knowledge effectively, forecasting and tracking key account metrics, and identifying growth opportunities. The consultant will also assist with high-severity requests, accurately track and submit expenses, maintain client in-store visit schedules according to SLAs, and meet or exceed client retention goals, additional product quotas, product usage objectives, and client satisfaction surveys.
