About the Role

We are seeking a self-starter, highly energetic Customer Success Manager based in India, with a passion for AI. The role involves building a community of engaged clients and providing top-notch onboarding, daily management, and value extraction experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create ElevenLabs’ Mexico Customer Success playbook to support scaling to thousands of enterprises.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients to ensure their success.
• Play a key role in onboarding enterprise clients and defining best practices globally.
• Measure and improve customer satisfaction and experience.
• Monitor customer product usage and adoption to identify areas for improvement or revenue expansion.
• Own customer success KPIs and track them against company goals.

Requirements

• Experience: 4-8 years of previous Customer Success experience in a SaaS, fast-paced organization.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong aptitude for technology, technical acumen, and the ability to engage with engineering teams, CTOs, and CIOs.
• Mindset: A strong scalability and customer excellence mindset.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all organizational levels.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer needs and concerns.
• Mentality: A hybrid of customer and product-driven mentality prioritizing client satisfaction and scale.
