The Customer Success Manager will create ElevenLabs’ Mexico Customer Success playbook to support scaling goals for thousands of enterprises. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients to drive their success, playing a key role in onboarding and defining best practices globally. Responsibilities include measuring and improving customer satisfaction and experience, monitoring customer usage and adoption to identify areas for improvement or revenue expansion, and owning customer success KPIs to track against company goals.
