The Renewal Specialist will manage and execute renewal processes for a high-volume portfolio of event ticketing clients, proactively engaging customers 90-180 days prior to contract expiration. They will generate accurate renewal forecasts, maintain a rolling 120-day renewal pipeline, and conduct renewal negotiations to secure contract extensions with minimal manual intervention. Responsibilities include identifying and mitigating renewal risks through data-driven insights, implementing and optimizing automated renewal workflows using CRM and marketing automation platforms, and designing and executing multi-channel outreach campaigns. The specialist will leverage automation tools for personalized renewal reminders and follow-up sequences, utilize AI-powered tools to predict churn risk, and create/maintain automated renewal templates. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns, and collaborating with internal teams for a seamless customer experience are also key duties. Additionally, they will track and analyze key renewal metrics, monitor customer engagement, generate reports on renewal performance, and identify expansion opportunities during the renewal process, collaborating with sales teams on larger opportunities and promoting new features or service packages.
