Head of Customer Success

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience and legal authorization to work in Canada. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within a SaaS model, familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, NPS, Churn), experience with CRM and Customer Success Platforms, an advanced degree in Business or Marketing, 1+ year in Maintenance, Reliability, or CMMS usage, relevant certifications, and bilingual abilities.
The Customer Success Manager will manage and grow relationships with key customers, acting as their primary point of contact. They will proactively engage with customers to understand their goals and challenges, drive product adoption, and ensure business value is achieved. Responsibilities also include retaining and growing licensing and upgrade opportunities, identifying customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success.
