Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of B2B SaaS Customer Success experience, specifically with enterprise accounts, ideally in companies that scaled from startup to growth stage. Experience with e-commerce adjacent software, analytics platforms, or data-driven SaaS products is required, along with proven success in owning the complete customer journey from implementation through renewal, including expansion and upsell motions. Sales acumen and a strong aptitude for revenue-generating activities are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will own the complete customer journey from implementation through renewal for enterprise accounts (12k+ ARR), ensuring seamless transitions and maximum value realization. Responsibilities include leading complex enterprise implementations, identifying and executing expansion opportunities, fostering deep strategic relationships with enterprise clients, developing and executing sophisticated retention strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally with support, tech, and product teams. The role also involves translating customer needs into actionable product roadmap influence and contributing to scalable CS practices and best practices.
