Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in a fast-growing company with direct experience in SaaS products, solutions, or ecosystems, and 1-3 years of customer-facing experience as a commercial Customer Success Associate. They must have experience maintaining ARR of 3M+ including contract values over 100k, and proficiency with support tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and JIRA. Strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills are required, with the ability to partner effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, as well as day-to-day users of the software.
As a Customer Success Manager, the role involves onboarding and driving adoption of Kandji’s platform, leading end-user training and enablement initiatives, conducting executive business reviews, proactively monitoring and driving product usage, and serving as the “voice of the customer” in internal meetings. The position requires communicating efficiently with customers via chat and email, developing custom plans for each customer’s goals, evangelizing new use cases and features, collaborating cross-functionally, providing recommendations on changes and design enhancements, and mitigating conflict within the team to ensure unified goals and strategy.
