  • $80,000 - $200,000 a year
  • Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process

Responsibilities

  • Lead state adoption submissions and RFP responses from end to end
  • Ensure all deliverables are compliant, high-quality, and submitted on time
  • Drive operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Act as a player-coach: directly manage a portfolio of submissions while mentoring and guiding the team
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment on strategy and messaging
  • Collaborate with executive level stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
