Requirements

5+ years experience managing a high performance team of adoption and RFP specialists in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional written communication and attention to detail
Strong expertise in K-12 Core Curriculum Adoptions submissions and RFPs
Proven ability to work with executive level stakeholders
Proven operational excellence: able to build project plans, track deadlines, and manage complex workflows without dropping details
Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI tools to improve submission quality and efficiency
Direct RFP writing experience
Experience navigating complex procurement processes
State adoptions submissions experience in core curriculum
Familiarity with Google Suite, Monday.com, Slack, Loopio
Prior experience managing submissions for large urban school districts: New York City, Dallas, LA, etc
$80,000 - $200,000 a year
Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process

Responsibilities

Lead state adoption submissions and RFP responses from end to end
Ensure all deliverables are compliant, high-quality, and submitted on time
Drive operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Act as a player-coach: directly manage a portfolio of submissions while mentoring and guiding the team
Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment on strategy and messaging
Collaborate with executive level stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Manage complex workflows and track deadlines without dropping details
