Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of Customer Success Management or Account Management experience at a Software Services or Product company, or 5+ years of consulting experience for Life Sciences. Strong project management abilities, written and verbal communication skills, and presentation capabilities are required. The role also demands attention to detail, multitasking abilities, self-starting initiative, effective prioritization, and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence customers.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will manage customer relationships for strategic US customers, focusing on account mining, existing revenue management, and pipeline development. Responsibilities include partnering with teams to initiate customer engagements, understanding and ensuring customer expectations are met, managing interactions between customers and internal teams, and collaborating on RFP responses. The CSM will also identify value-adds, ensure successful business outcomes, renew ongoing business, lead steering committee meetings, provide industry insights, and suggest best practices for continuous improvement.
