Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
  • Drive performance and growth of the global Book of Business, including enrollments, retention, upsells, and advocacy
  • Define operational metrics for the team, establish regular business reviews, and maintain rigor around KPIs
  • Gather, analyze, and leverage customer feedback and insights to identify trends, improve processes, and drive product and service enhancements; champion client priorities with senior leadership
  • Optimize the Customer Lifecycle by leveraging data and analytics to manage resource allocation, identify needs, and refine client segmentation service strategy, ensuring effectiveness as the company scales
  • Manage client escalations by collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve quick resolutions that demonstrate commitment to member satisfaction
  • Act as a strategic client advisor by building relationships with key decision makers and consultants, and developing and executing a stakeholder engagement strategy
  • Lead the growth team by representing client success in new business discussions, forging strong relationships with Payer/Channel/Consulting leads, establishing client growth strategy, identifying trends across existing clients to drive new logo sales, and partnering with Growth Enablement to support upsells/renewals
  • Evaluate the staffing model, motivate the team to deliver against growth goals, and identify efficiency opportunities as the company scales
