The Customer Success Manager will serve as a founding member of the Customer Success team, guiding customers through their journey towards go-to-market excellence. They will create tangible impacts for customers by understanding their needs and driving value from the product. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with co-founders and the Head of Product to shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback and insights.
