Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of home service businesses, providing expert guidance as a trusted advisor throughout onboarding
  • Remove technical barriers, streamline digital payments, and guide Service Providers through onboarding processes
  • Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams including R&D, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Create strategies to ensure Service Providers (SPs) feel fully supported and understand available features
  • Recommend and implement tailored solutions to drive business growth within the first 90 days
  • Leverage scalable tactics to fuel customer growth on the Jobber platform
