Candidates should possess a proven track record of achieving or exceeding renewal revenue targets, along with strong account management, sales, and customer success skills. Experience in a SaaS environment and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences are also required, as is familiarity with the ecommerce space, including platforms like Shopify, Big Commerce, and Woo Commerce.
The Renewals Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the renewal revenue, proactively identifying and closing renewal opportunities, and taking ownership of the customer’s experience as they approach renewal. They will also be involved in post-sales support work, partnering with the Customer Success and Sales teams to address potential churn, and developing internal processes to effectively close renewals in a startup SaaS environment. Additionally, the Renewals Manager will contribute to setting up an environment where every employee can feel deep pride in the work they do, ensuring every team member has an equal opportunity to succeed, and effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
