  • Description: Pipe17 is seeking a Renewals Manager to maintain and expand relationships with their current client base. This role combines account management, sales, and customer success skills to identify and close renewal opportunities. The Renewals Manager will be involved in post-sales support, taking ownership of the customer's experience as they approach renewal, and partnering with Customer Success and Sales teams to proactively address potential churn. This is an opportunity for a driven individual to join a growing SaaS startup and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding renewal revenue targets.
    • Experience in a SaaS environment.
    • Experience within the ecommerce space (Shopify, Big Commerce, Woo Commerce, etc.).
    • Experience with B2B sales platforms, point-of-sale systems, and ERPs (NetSuite, 3PLs / warehouse management systems, Stitch).
  • Skills:
    • Strong account management, sales, and customer success skills.
    • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of written English.
    • Solid time management and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to understand customer needs and pain points.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow renewal revenue.
  • Identify and close renewal opportunities.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to address potential churn.
  • Develop internal processes to effectively close renewals in a startup SaaS environment.
  • Work with minimal supervision in a distributed team.
  • Contribute to building efficient processes.
