Responsibilities

The Client Success Associate will support Client Success Managers in maintaining client relationships, ensuring platform adoption, and responding to support tickets. They will assist with client onboarding, API/data integrations, and custom dashboards, and participate in quarterly business reviews. Responsibilities also include capturing client feedback, assisting with renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities. In project coordination, they will support the Sr. Program/Project Manager by developing project plans, ensuring documentation accuracy, preparing status reports, and tracking deliverables. They will also document meeting minutes, maintain project management tools, and provide administrative support for meetings and stakeholder coordination.
