Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of a high school graduate diploma and at least two years of customer service experience. Responsibilities

The Customer Service Specialist will process customer orders and supplier purchase orders accurately, ensuring a complete purchase-to-pay cycle. They will maintain positive relationships and frequent communication with customers and suppliers, troubleshoot and resolve problems, and provide quotes and product information. Responsibilities include setting up new customer accounts, confirming orders, coordinating delivery changes, arranging freight, and managing customer returns. The role also involves updating purchase orders, following up on overdue orders, processing supplier invoices, resolving invoice discrepancies, and working with customer systems like Coupa. Additionally, they will solicit sales orders, secure approvals for custom items, compare supplier costs, and prepare reports as required.
