Requirements

Responsibilities

The Supplier Quality Engineer will serve as the boots-on-the-ground liaison to manufacturing partners, evaluating and developing suppliers, and building robust control plans to ensure consistent results. They will lead root cause analysis, guide corrective actions, and drive preventive solutions, while also using scorecards and maturity models to improve supplier performance. This role involves regular travel to supplier sites in the Seattle, Portland, and Spokane areas, representing customer needs in partner conversations.
