Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or equivalent experience, along with 4-6 years of experience in customer service, sales, supply chain, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills, a passion for problem-solving and customer interaction, a self-starter mentality, goal orientation, and the ability to understand and sell multiple products are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) is required, with preferred experience in SAP/BW, Salesforce.com, Metastorm, Five9, and Showpad.

Responsibilities

The Distribution Support Representative will focus on order entry, complexity reduction, and decreasing the time from order to delivery to increase sales. Responsibilities include supporting the sales team and distribution in order placement, program selling, price discrepancy resolution, providing availability and delivery information, and participating in inventory allocation. The role involves entering, tracking, and managing orders, assisting with large quotes, processing RGAs, liaising between departments, supporting upselling, communicating pricing and new product information, and utilizing Salesforce for task management and customer data logging. Additionally, the representative will run Business Warehouse reports, communicate them to the SBD365 Team, provide support to distribution and end-users regarding order processes, marketing, and merchandising, and gain expertise on channel-specific pricing and programming.
