Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive and self-oriented attitude, and a commitment to superior service. Detail orientation, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential. A good understanding of the English language, proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to communicate and liaise effectively at all levels are required. Knowledge of the fashion and/or footwear industry, strong written skills, and the ability to interpret documents such as customer orders and policies are also necessary. Candidates should be self-motivated, think outside the box, and have a positive outlook and professional demeanor.
The Customer Service Representative will manage all aspects of account management for national, key, and independent retail accounts stocking Skechers footwear. This includes liaising with customers daily, resolving queries, taking sales orders via phone and email, and advising on delivery dates. Keying orders for immediate and forward delivery, raising pick tickets with the warehouse, and advising them of requirements are crucial. The role also involves working with the sales team, updating them on account/order status, and managing the order book by maintaining accurate system data.
