Responsibilities
The Customer Experience Partner will contribute to the development and implementation of customer experience strategies aligned with company objectives. They will engage in quoting activities to support the sales team and ensure timely, accurate customer proposals. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer's journey. The partner will also execute customer retention programs and serve as an advocate for the customer within the organization to foster a customer-centric culture.
