The Customer Engineer will work with customers, engineering, and operations teams to build integrations, configure the Benepass platform, and resolve technical challenges. They will also build and maintain internal tools, automate processes, gain a deep understanding of the business, and use software as a force multiplier. Responsibilities include technical implementations, developing product expertise, customizing solutions, designing and deploying tools, and handling escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.
