Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, with over 8 years in system design or technical customer support within the switching and routing industry. A deep understanding of datacenter hardware, including servers, storage systems, and network devices, along with extensive experience debugging Ethernet or IB protocol issues, is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced environments are required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Field Applications Engineer will provide expert technical support for integrating NVIDIA GPU, CPU, DPU, and networking solutions into OEM partner solutions, resolving complex hardware, software, and deployment challenges. This role serves as the technical lead for NVIDIA products, partnering with sales account managers to deliver high-performance AI datacenter solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong technical relationships with customer engineers, architects, and decision-makers, identifying customer architectures, and translating evolving requirements into actionable insights for product and solution development. The engineer will also collaborate cross-functionally with internal engineering, product, and support teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
