Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, technical account management, or project management roles within B2B SaaS. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent implementations are required. Technical aptitude includes proficiency in SQL (Snowflake or similar), comfort with APIs and developer documentation, and experience triaging technical issues and collaborating with engineering to resolve them. Experience delivering customer training is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Solutions and Implementation Consultant will own the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, driving implementations from kickoff to go-live and ensuring customer success. They will deliver customer training sessions and develop reusable training materials. The role involves partnering with Sales and Solutions Consultants in pre-sales cycles to provide technical expertise, demo workflows, and guide customers on best practices. Additionally, they will act as second-line technical triage for Customer Success, run SQL queries for troubleshooting, interpret API documentation, and participate in support coverage rotation. The consultant will also collaborate cross-functionally, provide feedback to Product and Engineering, track onboarding KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
