Candidates should have a proven track record of success in account management with demonstrated consistent over-achievement against renewal and expansion goals. Experience owning strategic customers end-to-end, including renewals and upsell/cross-sell, is required. Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to various audiences, including executives, and a high aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence are essential. The ability to understand customer value drivers and drive value realization through partnership is also necessary.
The Enterprise Account Manager will own and build account strategy in partnership with the Sales Engineer to drive growth and consumption, meeting and exceeding Net Retention Rate (NRR) and Growth targets. Responsibilities include identifying and building key relationships with stakeholders across the customer's organization, acting as a problem solver in collaboration with internal teams to support customer business outcomes, and owning the account holistically through the SAAS lifecycle (Adopt, Renew, Expand) via Quarterly Business Reviews and Tech Knowledge Sessions. The role also requires staying informed on industry trends, competitors, and client-specific developments.
