Required experience includes system development project PM/PMO, SFA/CRM business experience, presentation and facilitation skills, presentation materials creation skills, Excel intermediate level (VLOOKUP/PIVOT tables), and experience using generative AI like ChatGPT in business.

The role is on an annual salary system (including some fixed overtime pay), determined by experience, skills, performance, and contribution according to company regulations, with annual reviews, and special one-time incentives based on company performance and individual contribution (once a year). Overtime and late-night work allowances are provided.
