Responsibilities

The CRM Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving global lifecycle communications, from onboarding through re-engagement. This includes creating and overseeing a testing roadmap for performance improvements, producing regular reports and insights, and collaborating with Product, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to enhance user journeys. The role also involves line-managing and supporting the development of the CRM Executive.
