The role involves leading cross-functional squads through agile product development, prioritizing the backlog based on business impact and member needs, and ensuring NBA capabilities align with enterprise data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards. Additionally, the Lead Product Manager will establish test-and-learn frameworks to evaluate NBA effectiveness, evolve logic based on member behavior and campaign performance, and define and manage product KPIs.
