Requirements

  • 8+ years in a closing sales role, with proven success in hitting or exceeding targets (end-to-end sales management)
  • Prior experience selling hospitality software or solutions in the B2B SaaS space
  • Track record of launching new markets or building business operations from the ground up

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against an overall revenue quota and establish sustainable revenue streams
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies, leveraging direct engagements, channel partnerships, and customer renewals to drive business growth
  • Develop a clear regional growth strategy, focusing on market penetration, customer acquisition, and long-term scalability
  • Represent Canary Technologies as a trusted industry expert at conferences, events, and networking opportunities to elevate the brand and drive regional awareness
  • Partner with global teams across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align regional goals with company objectives and ensure seamless execution
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to support regional growth; foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence
  • Identify and engage target accounts through diverse channels, including email, phone, social media, direct mail, and in-person meetings
  • Develop and refine an outbound sales process that can scale across the region
  • Leverage Salesforce and other tools for lead management, sales forecasting, and performance reporting
