Responsibilities

  • Define and Execute Product Strategy – Develop and communicate a clear product vision and long-term roadmap for GDS connectivity
  • Profitability & P&L Accountability – Own financial performance for the GDS product line, optimizing pricing, cost structures, and revenue growth
  • Manage Strategic Partnerships – Serve as the primary product liaison with Sabre, Amadeus, and Travelport, negotiating priorities and driving joint initiatives
  • Enterprise Customer Engagement – Build strong relationships with senior leaders at major hotel groups, acting as a trusted advisor and product expert
  • Technical Leadership – Understand GDS APIs, connectivity standards, and integration workflows to guide development and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Backlog Ownership & Delivery – Prioritize features, manage the development backlog, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact initiatives
  • Market Analysis & Innovation – Stay ahead of industry trends, identify opportunities for differentiation, and champion new capabilities
