Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, owning the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer
  • Build and execute customized sourcing strategies to develop diverse, high-quality pipelines across Corporate functions
  • Engage directly with candidates through all stages of the hiring process, delivering a consistent, best-in-class experience
  • Use Greenhouse to track candidate progress, ensure accurate reporting, and support ongoing optimization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders across time zones and regions
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and provide recruiting coverage across multiple business units when needed
