Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and over 10 years of Project Management experience, ideally with a CAPM or PMP designation. They should also have at least 15 years of total technology experience and demonstrated expertise in managing projects utilizing various methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

Responsibilities

The Director, Client Delivery Lead will be accountable for executing client project work to meet key targets and outcomes, collaborating with Account Executives and technology teams to achieve client goals. They will support client planning activities, monitor portfolio status, drive consistent reporting, act as a point of escalation for project delivery, and lead a team of Program Leads/Project Leads to ensure adherence to standards and practices. Additionally, they will participate in client discussions on scope management, improve team performance through mentoring and training, support contract review, and contribute to monthly finance discussions by providing proactive information on project risks and mitigation steps.
