Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, Delivery, Management Consulting, or related enterprise customer-facing roles
  • 5+ years leading and scaling a high-performing services or solutions organization within an enterprise SaaS company
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-workstream SaaS implementations within large enterprise environments
  • Deep knowledge of CRM, RevOps, GTM systems, and enterprise technology ecosystems; strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and GTM

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing Solutions & Professional Services organization, including implementation, solution architecture, and project management functions
  • Define, optimize, and scale delivery methodologies that ensure predictable, high-quality enterprise implementations aligned to customer outcomes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap, improve scoping accuracy, and ensure seamless handoffs across the customer lifecycle
  • Drive operational rigor through metrics, forecasting, resource planning, governance models, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Establish clear frameworks for value realization, ensuring customers achieve measurable business impact and accelerated time-to-value post-implementation
  • Oversee complex, strategic customer engagements and serve as escalation point for enterprise programs and critical deployments
  • Innovate and expand service offerings, including packaged services, advisory programs, and repeatable delivery frameworks
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to support growth, retention, and a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation
