Responsibilities
Create reports regularly for the sales department as needed by the sales network
Provide support to the sales network, especially handling change forms, ensuring terminations of products/services, increases of products/services for existing clients, and other needs of the sales network
Handle the sales line and sales cases submitted via the website, ensure handover of sales cases to coordinators, or independently resolve client requests
Regularly, in cooperation with "Back Office" according to the sent report, contact clients by phone and email after due date and ensure the collection process, or send contract terminations and hand over clients to external agency for collection
Manage and update work procedures, manuals, and marketing materials on the internal disk for the sales network
Regularly check the company's websites and ensure their updates
Participate in creating product and marketing presentations
Ensure and manage access to the Hermes application for bankers and coordinators
Maintain records of paper contracts and ensure timely sending for archiving
