We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Contract Operations Manager to lead our Department of Defense (DoD) operational assignments. This pivotal leadership role demands a blend of strategic planning, contract development, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating efforts across Reliable’s engineering, airline operations, and business development teams to ensure seamless DoD operations. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and integrity, while shaping the future of remote operations.
This position's responsibilities will span the entire life cycle of DoD demonstration and operational contracts and opportunities.
Develops automation technology for aircraft
Reliable Robotics develops automation technology for aircraft, focusing on making flying safer, more accessible, and more affordable through autonomous operations. Their systems are designed for both cargo operators and passenger airlines, specifically targeting small (Part 23) and larger (Part 25) aircraft. The company emphasizes a 'certification forward' approach, ensuring that their automated systems meet regulatory standards early in development, which enhances safety and reliability. They have successfully demonstrated fully automated operations for small aircraft and are working on commercializing this technology for broader use. Reliable Robotics generates revenue by selling or licensing their automation systems and may also provide maintenance and support services. Led by co-founder and CEO Robert W.
