This role requires a hands-on approach with ownership of the entire sales cycle, leveraging artificial intelligence, human expertise, and modern interfaces to serve high-performance individuals. Responsibilities

  • Receive requests and propose the best aircraft for trips, collaborating with partnered suppliers.
  • Understand trip needs and articulate options to best suit individual client requirements.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with global suppliers.
  • Take full ownership of requests from start to finish, ensuring exceptional and seamless service.
  • Manage contracts and conduct negotiations.
  • Take initiative and contribute to departmental expansion through additional responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Experience as a private jet broker.
  • Adaptability and multitasking skills.
  • A "Yes first" mentality.
  • Strong analytical skills and extremely strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with ultra-high net worth individuals.
  • An entrepreneurial, problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent, clear, and effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
  • Flexible working hours, including availability on evenings and weekends.
  • Must reside in the UK.
