Requirements

  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly while crafting strategies leading to a winning solution development addressing customer challenges and objectives
  • Extensive expertise in CMS, Digital Asset Management, and the wider Content Supply Chain procedures and solutions
  • Profound solution expertise of Adobe AEM or alternative CMS and/or DAM solutions
  • Be(come) energized about concepts and technologies as headless CMS, composable architecture, decoupled CMS, geo optimization, agentic AI, real user monitoring
  • Proficient in Dutch and English, written and spoken at business level; French is a big plus
  • Experience with solutions involving (generative AI)

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and account teams, applying industry and solution expertise to find opportunities and deliver impactful presentations to showcase customer value
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, product management, engineering, and professional services to transform customer business requirements into tech solutions for CMS, DAM, and Content Supply Chain
  • Facilitate customer workshops, assess workflows, support architecture discussions, prepare solution specs and validate technical fit
  • Understand the business domain and competitive landscape of Adobe
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, bringing thought leadership to understand and confidently influence practitioners, leaders, and decision-makers
  • Represent the Adobe brand with thought leadership in public speaking engagements at events and conferences
