The Contact Center - Commercial ZCX Sales Specialist will partner with direct sales account executives to prospect new opportunities and increase the sales funnel. This role involves upselling current customers and assisting in closing potential customers, as well as driving, building, and managing pipelines for assigned territories. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, performing needs assessments, engaging technical resources, creating and delivering client presentations and proposals, coordinating quarterly business reviews, and utilizing solution-selling and value-selling techniques. The specialist will also develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage large and complex sales situations, and develop go-to-market co-sell strategies with internal teams, alliance partners, and channel partners. Additionally, they will work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities and challenges, and provide recommended solutions.
