The Solution Engineer will be involved in the pre-sales process for technology projects, primarily with Amazon Connect. They will demonstrate NeuraFlash services and products for Salesforce, build technical credibility through compelling demonstrations, and create accurate proposals. Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, gathering requirements for Amazon Connect projects, creating and modifying SOWs and RFP responses, maintaining lead management in Salesforce, and acting as a liaison between sales and technical teams. The role involves learning about Salesforce and AI products, providing recommendations, collaborating with delivery teams on scope and estimates, and providing customer feedback to product management to drive innovation.
