The Senior Commercial Payment Sales Representative will achieve sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within their assigned territory by originating new Treasury Management business and retaining existing clients. They will build and maintain business partnerships with internal stakeholders to develop sales opportunities, promote and sell Treasury Management Services using a consultative approach, and fulfill assigned revenue goals. Responsibilities include preparing sales presentations and proposals, conducting ongoing training for business partners, managing sales lead channels, identifying cross-sell opportunities, developing proposals with recommended pricing, facilitating price negotiations, ensuring timely implementation of new accounts, and resolving customer issues. The representative will also keep business partners informed of sales activities, pipeline status, and product updates.
