Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business, Communications, or an equivalent field, along with a minimum of 7 years of sales (channel alliance/relationship-oriented) or consulting experience, and a consistent history of exceeding quota and revenue goals. Experience in health, wellness, or SaaS is preferred, alongside proficiency in Salesforce.com, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

The Consultant Relations Director will be responsible for building and deepening relationships with benefit consultants and national broker partners, driving revenue growth through new opportunities and increased win rates, collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success, and providing market intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies. They will also serve as the liaison between Carrot and the consultant houses, developing and executing house-specific strategies aligned with the broader commercial organization’s goals.
