Requirements

  • Report to buildings managed each day (generally 2-4 buildings)
  • Own the Member experience in each building in the portfolio
  • Ensure meeting members' needs and WeWork global standards/targets on member experience satisfaction
  • Manage relationships with key accounts across multiple buildings
  • Serve as point of escalation and final decision maker on WeWork policies and procedures
  • Monitor Medallia escalation process
  • Be accountable for member retention, Net Promoter Scores, and overall member satisfaction
  • Lead building site tours for VIPs as needed
  • Split time appropriately between buildings to support teams
  • Oversee and lead teams within buildings
  • Support direct reports with development plans, coaching, weekly one-on-ones, feedback, and performance tracking
  • Provide input and set monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets; review monthly building budgets for optimization

Responsibilities

  • Membership Engagement & Retention: Assume ownership and manage relationships with key accounts; ensure all accounts have an assigned point of contact; meet with members to resolve issues, process terminations, and handle complex issues; monitor Medallia escalations; review Net Promoter Scores and implement building-specific improvement plans; lead VIP site tours; communicate business updates, process changes, initiatives, and goals
  • Building Operations and Management: Ensure quality/upkeep standards and SLAs for member requests are met; hold team accountable for operational policies; engage with Landlords on escalations; escalate recurring 3rd party vendor issues; be accountable for building-level Opex; conduct tours for potential members; analyze and drive cluster ancillary revenue initiatives (e.g., private events, partnerships, parking); oversee Community responsibilities in buildings without Community presence, including operational duties, Sales/Account Management liaison, and contractual support
  • Team Management: Oversee teams to execute objectives and reach goals; ensure thorough onboarding training and necessary tools; support direct reports with development plans, coaching, weekly one-on-ones, feedback, growth opportunities, and performance recognition; track performance and conduct reviews per WeWork’s People Calendar
  • Budget Setting & Expense Tracking: Provide input to set budgets; review monthly building budgets and results for optimization
